At Cutten Mowers y Más, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Used items or equipment;

Custom or special-order items;

Clearance or final sale products;

Products with missing parts or damage packaging.
3. Return Process

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Returns made without a valid proof or purchase may be refunded as a Store Credit at the lowest advertised price.

Returns or cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned to the same store where the purchase was made.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. After this period, returns for this reasons will not be accepted.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
